Punchitect is a browser-based tool — not a cloud storage platform. Every project file, shared punch item record, floor plan, and photo lives exclusively in the Microsoft storage you choose: OneDrive, a shared Microsoft folder, or an IT-approved SharePoint Enterprise workspace.

Stored in your tenant
Project files, shared collaboration records, plans, and photos are written directly to OneDrive or SharePoint through Microsoft Graph. They never pass through Punchitect's infrastructure — not during upload, sync, save, or export.
Protected by Microsoft 365
Access is governed by your Microsoft account or tenant permissions — including the security policies, MFA requirements, and compliance controls your firm already has in place.
NDA and client-safe
Working under an NDA or on a confidential project? Your client data stays within your controlled Microsoft storage — no Punchitect-hosted project repository, no extra file platform to negotiate.
