Account and Data Deletion

Punchitect account deletion requests are handled by Punchitect Labs LLC. Project files are stored in your Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint workspace, not on Punchitect servers.

How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Punchitect account, firm metadata, or associated personal data, email Punchitect support:

Include the following information so we can verify and process the request:

  1. The Microsoft email address you use to sign in to Punchitect.
  2. Your firm or organization name, if applicable.
  3. Whether you want to delete your full Punchitect account/firm record or only specific associated data.

Data We Delete

After verifying the request, Punchitect will delete applicable account and service metadata we control, including:

Data We Do Not Host

Punchitect does not store your project files on Punchitect servers. Floor plans, photos, punch list data, and exported reports are stored in your Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint workspace. To delete those project files, delete them directly from your Microsoft storage location or ask your Microsoft 365 administrator for help.

Data We May Keep Temporarily

Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons. Examples include:

Partial Data Deletion

You may request deletion of some associated data without deleting your full Punchitect account. Email [email protected] and describe the specific data you want deleted.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, billing, or compliance obligations.
